Friday: Castaway Cay
*Disney's Island*
We were SUPER excited to get on the island today. But before we got off the kids had to jump in the pool while it was practically empty.
Camdyn had a little "after breakfast snack" and ended up spilling it all over the nice clean deck. Woops.
Usually when we get off the ship we head right for the family beach, which is where we spend most of our time.
But first we ran into Goofy. :)
Camdyn had a hard time with the beach. But after she saw everyone else enjoying it, she finally did too.
Aliyah and I ventured out to the slides. You have to swim out to get on the deck and then once you come out the slide you swim back in to shore. I was a bit nervous about Aliyah making it, but she swam like a champ. The water was a bit cold...but it was fun.
Then Aunt Maymie showed up and Aliyah made her make some sand turtles with her. It's kind of their thing. :)

Xander loved snorkeling...and he's actually pretty good.
There were crazy birds all around picking up all the food. I'm sure they love it when a boat comes in. We told Xander to go hold food out for them in hopes they would swarm. They never came, but I was nervous for him. Those birds were everywhere.
Xander was sweet enough to pick this flower for me. :)
After our super fun, exhausting, and awesome day we crashed pretty early. We went dinner and then came back to our towel elephant. Sad that it's our last one. :(
